How to delete your data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data from Feedlo at any time, using one of the methods below.

Method 1 — delete your account in the app

Sign in to Feedlo.
Go to your account settings.
Choose the account deletion option and confirm your decision.

Deleting your account removes the associated data described below.

Method 2 — request by e-mail

Send a message to contact@feedlo.pl from the e-mail address linked to your account, asking for your data to be deleted. We process such requests within 30 days.

What data we delete

your user account and profile data (e-mail address, name),
projects, posts, briefs and scheduled publications,
connected social media accounts together with access tokens (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and others),
uploaded files and media (images, videos, documents),
conversation history with the AI assistant.

What data may be retained

anonymized technical logs, kept for up to 12 months for security purposes,
billing data (invoices), kept for the period required by tax regulations,
content already published on social media platforms — such content must be deleted directly on the given platform, because once published it is managed by that platform's operator.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

If you only want to disconnect a social media account without deleting your account, you can do so in the project settings under Channels. Disconnecting removes the stored access tokens. You can also revoke the app's access in your Facebook account settings (Settings → Apps and Websites).
